Started from last Monday (May 26, 2008), my office Schoolnet broadband was upgraded from 2Mbps to 4Mbps internet connection.
This is due to the completion of our new networking facilities that covered almost whole campus building. Therefore, using that 2Mbps connection on the new network will be like we are using a motorcycle engine as a bus engine (Metaphorically Speaking 
).

TechTarik.net blog was offline for about two and a half hours today. It went back online at 2.30 PM.
I chat with the Exabytes support assistant and ask him why is my blog got that error message. Then he explained to me that that The Data Center Network that are hosting IP range 210.48.157.0/24 is encountering slow and intermittent network access. And their announcement about it has been posted on their Client Support Center here.
Mozilla Firefox said : “Database Error, Error establishing a database connection”.
Internet Explorer said : “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error, The website cannot display the page”.
Some of you might have realized it. Today When I log in to my Gmail, the loading page has changed from a plain ‘Please Wait..’ text to something like this.
Can you imagine your email address without ‘@’ sign? With no ‘@’ sign, you’ll never know whether it is an email or something else right?
The person who is responsible creating email and the ‘@’ sign for email is Ray Tomlinson. Without the idea of putting ‘@’ sign to separate the username and the domain name, email might not be used worldwide today. Read the rest of this entry →
While reading one of Mr. Manager blog entry titled “Review Konsert Kelapan AF6“. I found out some interesting information about Aishah and from there I also found a link to “Aishah and The Fan Club” wikipedia page.
After doing some reading and scrolling on that page, I clicked the “AISHAH & THE FAN CLUB Official Website” link that was listed on that page. Guess what??? The website was hacked (defaced). The hacker left this message on the main page - “hacked by roselare from turkey“. Bad roselare!! Bad boy/girl!! And don’t hack my blog.. hehe.. Read the rest of this entry →
